What's New with Version 7??

SLIM CD:

Version 7 of SunLync will see the introduction of a 3rd fully incorporated Credit Card processing service called SLIM CD. This new, highly secure integration allows for credit card tokenization.



Combo Creation New Features:

• Allow customers to earn points (if configured) when receiving combo item(s)

• Allow promotions to be applied to combo item(s)

• Allow combo item(s) to be applied when upgrading/downgrading an EFT Membership

• Set a price for a combo item

• Add a custom service as a combo item Linked Account Ledger New Features:

Better tracking of payments on account.



More detailed breakdown of payments on account for rejected EFT transactions.



Modify Receipt:

This new feature allows the user the ability to modify the customer and employee for a past transaction that was incorrectly entered.



NEW Management Reports



Spa / Gym Services:

Added ability for “Check In”. No longer need to set up equipment for check in only purposes.



Other New Enhancements:

• Service Rules have been enhanced to allow the stipulation of entire service Categories rather than individual services when creating a rule

• The ability to E-Lync only currently clocked in employees

• Ability to search via last 4 Credit Card numbers (NOTE: This is only available to clients with a tokenized database, or, an unencrypted database)

• Ability to Reprint Credit Card receipts at POS

• New fields added for EFT Document mail merge type: tax rate, monthly service dues, total draft amount, prorated dues, 1st draw date and more..
